When does it apply?

If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days (EU) or 25 business days (international), or if the carrier confirms loss, you're eligible.

How to request

Email sales@funcaps-rc.com with your order number and “reship” or “refund” in the subject line. We'll verify tracking and process within 24 hours.

Reshipment terms

Free reshipment includes the exact same products, shipped with the same discreet packaging and tracking. No additional shipping fees – ever.

Full refund

If you prefer a refund, we return the full amount (including shipping) to your original payment method. No deductions, no store credit – real money back.

Not covered

Seizures due to illegality in your country or incorrect addresses provided by you. Always verify local laws before ordering.

How it works – step by step

1 Wait for the estimated window – EU orders: 15 business days after last tracking update. International: 25 business days.
2 Email sales@funcaps-rc.com with your order number and let us know if you prefer a reshipment or refund.
3 We verify with the carrier (FedEx, EMS, DHL, or UPS). If the parcel is truly lost, we immediately process your choice.
4 Reshipment – we dispatch a new order with the same contents, free of charge, including tracking.
Refund – money is sent back to your original payment method within 2 business days.
